By using this website or purchasing services, consulting, or digital products from Content by Cass, you confirm that you accept the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree or wish to comply with these terms and conditions, you should not use this website.

These Terms may be updated on occasion. When you use this website, please ensure that you understand the most up-to-date Terms that apply. These Terms were most recently updated in March 2025.

Changes to this website

This website may be updated and/or changed on occasion based on Content by Cass’s most recent product and service offerings, client needs, and priorities.

This website is made available free of charge. This website, or any content on it, is not guaranteed to always be available or to be uninterrupted. All or any part of this website may be suspended, withdrawn, or restricted due to business and operational needs.

Quotes and payments for services and consulting

A quote will be provided upon initial consultation and before your project work or consultations commence. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All service-based projects, monthly coaching packages, and long-term partnerships have a minimum fee of $500 (this does not apply to one-time consultations or feedback sessions).

For services and long-term or monthly consulting, a 50% deposit is required upfront and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% payment is due upon first draft delivery or based on an agreed-upon milestone schedule. Payments are accepted via Stripe (credit/debit cards, ACH transfers).

Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Additional changes will be charged at $150 per hour.

Out-of-scope work is charged at $150 per hour (rate may vary based on project complexity). Major scope changes require formal approval and may require a new contract.

Expedited projects (completed in 24-48 hours) incur a 25% rush fee.

Late payments and cancellations

Payments are due within 7 days of invoicing. Late payments may result in a 5% late fee per week. If a project is inactive for 14 days, it is considered abandoned, and all payments made are forfeited. Restarting an abandoned project requires a $150 restart fee. Clients may cancel at any time, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If work has already begun, additional fees may apply based on progress.

Consulting and feedback services

All consulting calls include recordings and follow-up summaries. Prepaid consulting hours must be used within 30 days. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment are non-refundable.

Digital products

Digital products (e.g., templates, guides, workbooks) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital products. Customers receive lifetime access to purchased digital products.

Meetings and travel

Meetings can be conducted via email, phone, or video call. Face-to-face meetings outside of Big Bear Valley, CA may incur additional travel costs.

Confidentiality and copyright

Ownership of copyright and content rights will be determined on a per-project basis. All client information is kept strictly confidential unless agreed otherwise. Please reference the privacy policy for more details, located here: www.contentbycass.com/privacy-policy.

Legal and liability

Content by Cass is not responsible for any legal claims resulting from how content is used after delivery. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County, CA.
